Maintain various critical manufacturing and plant operational equipment including extensive preventative maintenance responsibilities. The position requires the ability to constantly walk and stand; frequently lift up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift up to 75 pounds; and frequently bend, twist, squat, stoop, kneel, and crawl. The ideal candidate should have experience with dairy or food manufacturing, sanitary welding, boilers, and electrical experience to include VFD and PLC trouble shooting abilities. Technical students encouraged to apply. Scheduled hours will be 4:00 pm – 4:00 am or 6:00 pm – 6:00 am on a rotating schedule of 5 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and 5 days off. Scheduled days and hours may vary while training.
